Refund & Cancellation Policy

All entry fees and payments made through https://events.animationxpress.com are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In case of duplicate or technical errors in payment, users may contact awards@animationxpress.com within 5 working days with proof of transaction. Validated refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

No cancellations will be entertained once the entry is submitted and payment is confirmed.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Animation Xpress India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule or modify event timelines. No refunds will be processed in such cases.
